Microsoft's email app for Windows, Outlook, is set to replace the old Mail and Calendar apps by 2024. With Outlook, users can manage all their email accounts, including those from Microsoft, Gmail, Yahoo, and iCloud. It also supports Microsoft accounts with Hotmail, Live, and Outlook domains.
Once logged in, users can access their emails in Outlook's inbox and view them in the app's right panel. Users can easily delete, archive, or move emails with a single click.
Outlook not only allows users to send and receive emails but also helps them organize their schedule with the integrated Calendar feature. Users can create and edit events, set reminders, and sync their calendar with other devices.
Additionally, Outlook allows users to create and edit documents with Microsoft apps, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Users can also access other Microsoft services like To-Do to manage their tasks.
